The rented vehicle may be driven by an individual aged 23 or older who holds a valid driver's license for at least two years.
\n- An additional driver authorized by the customer may also operate the vehicle. The same conditions apply to the additional driver as to the primary renter. The vehicle's primary renter must present the valid driver's license of the additional driver upon vehicle pickup before the additional driver's use of the vehicle.<\/p>\n
3. **Vehicle Usage Limitations:**<\/h3>\n
- The vehicle may not be used for commercial activities without prior consent from the lessor.
\n- Participation in car races, vehicle testing, and towing other vehicles is prohibited without the lessor's permission.
\n- Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n
4. **Cancellation of Reservation:**<\/h3>\n
- The custumer may cancel the reservation at any time, but is responsible for all costs, including cancellation fees and administrative fees amounting to EUR 20.00 per reservation. The cancellation fee depends on the timing of the cancellation:
\n- For cancellations made up to 6 days before the rental - no cancellation fees, except for administrative costs.
\n- For cancellations made from 5 days to 2 days before the rental - 10% of the rental price.
\n- For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the rental - 20% of the rental price.
\n- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental - 100% of the rental price.<\/p>\n
5. **Payments, Late Returns, and Security Deposit:**<\/h3>\n
- The customer agrees to pay the vehicle rental fee within the agreed upon time frame.
\n- In case of delay, statutory late fees will be applied.

- If you made the reservation online and paid the deposit to the bank account, it will be refunded upon the timely and undamaged return of the vehicle.<\/p>\n
6. **Maintenance and Repairs:**<\/h3>\n
- The customer is responsible for regular check of the vehicle, including checking oil, coolant, tires, etc.
\n- In case of a breakdown, the customer undertakes to notify the lessor and follow their instructions for repairs.<\/p>\n
- Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. In case of smoking, you may be penalized with a fine of up to 150,00 EUR.<\/p>\n
7. **Fuel:**<\/h3>\n
- Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle must be returned with the same or more fuel than it had at the time of pickup. Otherwise, refueling charges will be applied according to the current price list.<\/p>\n
8. **Responsibilities in Case of Accidents:**<\/h3>\n
- In case of an accident, the customer records the details of those involved and contacts the lessor.
\n- The customer undertakes not to admit guilt to third parties and will compulsorily call the police if necessary.
\n- The customer must completes the European accident report and submits it to the lessor.<\/p>\n
9. **Mileage:**<\/h3>\n
- The number of kilometers driven is determined by the vehicle's odometer. The daily limit is 500 km; each additional kilometer is charged according to the current price list.<\/p>\n
10. **Documents, Keys, Registration Plates:**<\/h3>\n
- The customer is responsible for all documents and must not leave them in the vehicle. In case of loss, the customer must immediately inform the lessor. If the customer leaves their documents or valuables in the vehicle and this leads to a break-in, they are responsible for covering the cost of repairs.<\/p>\n
11. **Loss of Property:**<\/h3>\n
- The lessor is not responsible for the loss of property in the vehicle. The customer waives claims in this regard.<\/p>\n
12. **Compliance with Traffic Regulations:**<\/h3>\n

13. **Driving Abroad:**<\/h3>\n
- Written consent from the lessor is required for driving abroad.<\/p>\n
